- Street Trees - The City has asked all homeowners to trim their trees back from the road (tree lawn close to the street) so the snow plows can get close to the curb.
- POSTLIGHTS are to be maintained and operable. Now that is getting darker earlier, please make sure your postlights are working. Contact your HOA Administrator for questions or information. Regulations will be strictly enforced; repair or turn postlight on to avoid penalty fees. INSPECTION for postlights is ongoing. Please make sure your postlight is ON to avoid citation. Thank you.

- We continually strive to make Hannum Crossing a safe community. In our neighborhood, we want to practice preventative measures to deter crime from happening. Having cameras in your home, locking up doors for your home and cars, etc are certain measures you can take. If any one is interested in starting a "neighborhood watch" program, let HOA know and we can start the process.
